Stackd Excel is the work marketplace. Stackd Studios AI is the umbrella brand it belongs to, and Hicks Virtual Solutions LLC is the company that operates both. Where this policy says “Stackd,” it means all three.

We collect information you give us directly, such as when you join the waitlist, send a message through the contact form, or send an inquiry about hiring or building a team. This can include your name, email address, business name, what kind of work you are looking for or want done, and anything else you choose to write.

Our forms use automated spam screening, such as checking how quickly a form was completed and screening certain fields for links. Submissions identified as spam are discarded and not stored.

If you are a Stackd team member with an account, we store your sign-in details through our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

We also collect basic technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This comes from standard server logs.

Stackd Excel is not open for general sign-up yet. Information about work, pay and skill checks shown on this site is example content, not data about real people.

We use what we collect to respond to your messages, run the waitlist and tell you when Stackd Excel opens, understand what kind of work people want, review hiring and team inquiries, keep the site secure, and improve the site and our services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

When you submit a form we may email you about your request. We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time by writing to Chanel@stackdstudiosai.com.

We also receive an internal email notification for each waitlist signup and message, so a person at Stackd can read it.

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage to keep the site working. See our Cookie Policy for the details. We do not use advertising cookies.

We use trusted providers to run the site: Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Google (optional sign-in for Stackd team members). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only what each one needs to do its job.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites linked from ours.

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Stackd Excel is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will remove it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To use any of these rights, email Chanel@stackdstudiosai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
